Package 1 – Quick-Start Implementation

Boomity is designed to be extremely easy to use. No technology background is required whatsoever. However, we recognize that our customers are busy with their own business and don’t have a lot of extra time. We also recognize that your expertise may not be focused on building Brands online and choosing what is best for your company can be an intimidating and time consuming task. That’s why we offer a “Quick Start Implementation”.

The Quick Start Implementation includes the following deliverables:

1. Game Plan outlining specifically how you can best leverage Boomity to build your Brand. We will provide an outline of how you can best use Boomity to meet your specific objectives based on your industry. Before we provide this recommendation, we will provide an online strategic worksheet for you to fill out and return to us. Obviously, the faster you return the worksheet, the faster we can provide you with the recommendation. Don’t worry – if you know your business it will be easy for you to fill out – we will do the rest.

2. Onboarding materials to get you up and running with your Boomity Group. Send us your logo, blog, newsletter, videos, and we will implement the first round to get your site ready for prime time. We will even assist you in loading your contacts from whatever contact database you currently use.

3. Online Training to demonstrate how Boomity is used. We will conduct a two hour webinar walking you through essential steps required to keep Boomity current and engaging. You will learn how to import contacts, prepare an email campaign, create blogs, publish to social networks, conduct online seminars and measure the results via Boomity analytics.

4. Additional Support for up to two hours will be provided through the course of the first eight weeks from the time the Group was created.

Package 2 – Production Management with Ongoing Marketing Consultation

You may be thinking that you want to build your Brand on the web but don’t have the time or resources to manage the process. Our consultants can ease your concern by offloading all the production from your shoulders and placing it on ours.

You’re the expert in your field, so we won’t attempt to write your content for you. You will develop your own content for your blog and conduct your own online seminars for your clients. However, we will be there to help ensure that you keep your content fresh and to provide you with guidance and strategy on how to best achieve your goals.

This program includes the following:

1. Scheduling – we will put a plan together and agree with you how often you will want to post new content. We will maintain this schedule and notify you when the site is in need of updating. We will keep our schedule online and notify you when a blog needs to be updated, a seminar needs to be conducted, a newsletter needs to be created etc. We manage the process so you don’t have to.

2. Publishing – you don’t need to worry about how to upload videos or forward blogs to social networks. We will handle all of the uploading of documents, videos, blogs – just send us the materials via our drop box when we notify you and we’ll do the rest

3. Results – We’ll send you a monthly report letting you know how your site is doing with recommendations on how performance can be improved. We’ll discuss making changes to the Boomity plan and once we do, we will manage the changes accordingly.
