When you sign up for a Boomity as an administrator, you will be prompted to create a group and you will be the group leader. As group leader, you will have access to all the tools to build your community, including email marketing, blogs & discussions, webinars & online meetings, media & document sharing, analytics, and the social dashboard.

While Boomity encourages you to build your community, the marketing tools provided are not limited to use within the community.

The following are examples of you might use some of the tools beyond your group or community:

• Email Marketing: The Boomity platform includes robust email marketing capabilities that allow you to import all your contacts and create ongoing marketing campaigns that are fully trackable.
• Webinars: Webinars can be an effective tool for lead prospecting, and are useful whether or not the aim of the webinar is to get participants to join your group.
• Blogs: Blogs are public, and are not only a great tool for SEO and driving traffic to your site, but they also present the opportunity to establish thought leadership in your industry by sharing your knowledge and expertise with an audience that extends beyond your community.

These are just a few examples.  And, while we believe you will derive the most long-term benefits by building your community, there are no limitations or restrictions on how you use the tools.
